John McDonald, author of 'The Message of a Master', delivered four free public lectures on 'Business and Financial Success' at Hackley Hall, Santa Cruz, Sunday and Monday, February 17 and 18, 1929, at 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. each day. The notice describes Santa Cruz as the only city outside the large centers where he was scheduled to speak, a city that 'contributed so appreciably to such success as he has attained'. A class was to be organized after the lectures to study his teachings. A second CWB copy of the same clipping (filename marked 'correct') was filed as its own article/media pair; no new fact.
