The Freeman, 25 June 1910 — the recital is reported in the past tense
Persons
The Freeman's Atlantic City society column for 25 June 1910 reports a recital given by one of the town's ladies' club organisations, at which 'Prof. Abdallah, the noted baritone' assisted. The clipping is heavily damaged in OCR — the club's full name and the recital's exact date are not recoverable — but the name, the description 'the noted baritone' and the Atlantic City setting are legible. This is a third-party press sighting of Abdullah working as a singer in Atlantic City in mid-1910, the same year and place as the census record on hist_event 705 and the Bel Canto Conservatory events 699, 706 and 709.
