At the close of this season's series in Los Angeles, Neville planned to leave for San Francisco within a few days, then go on to New York City for six or so weeks, before returning to reopen on October 19 at a new venue, 6005 Sunset, owned by his friend Harry Smith -- who rearranged his own schedule so as to preserve Neville's usual unbroken Tuesday-and-Friday lecture pattern. His previous venue, used for nine years, had become unavailable.
