Neville says a friend of his called him today with news that a woman he knew - someone who had been at his last meeting, in Los Angeles the night before - had died suddenly. After that meeting she had gone with three companions to a Mexican restaurant in Laguna, where, over a Mexican dish and a beer, she remarked, 'why, isn't this a strange feeling,' and died on the spot. He offers her death as an example of how, for one not yet 'born from above,' death still comes as a blessing that forces a radical revision of one's beliefs.
