Neville describes the second of the four great 'unfoldments' of the divine pattern in man: 139 days after his resurrection and birth from above (the same night), God discovers Himself as Father through the appearance of His Son, David, who calls Him Father. He ties this to Psalm 89, 'I have found David... Thou art my Father, my God, and the Rock of my salvation', and to John's teaching that no one comes to the Father except through the Son.
