Neville recounts that in 1943, on leaving the Army, he found a duplex apartment in the heart of Manhattan; after a rent mix-up led the landlord to give him free choice of wallpaper, paint and a custom bookshelf, the lease was backdated to September 1, 1943. He and his wife lived there almost fourteen years, to about 1957. Told in the lecture 'Nature God Revealed Us' (nid 1774, delivered 1969-06-06).
