Reflecting on Easter week, Neville says that once God finished shaping himself within him he was 'born from above,' and that the entire series of mystical experiences described in scripture then unfolded within him over an interval of five months, 'judged by Caesar's calendar.' In the very next breath of the same lecture he instead gives the figure as nine months, so his own account of the sequence's length is not consistent even within this one telling.
