So the announcement is not about age at all: it names the place the birth comes from. He is being told you will bear a son and it will come from the back of your skull - which is exactly why the man falls on his face and laughs, because on this level a son comes from the womb of a woman. Resh is two hundred and its symbol is the crown of the head, and out of the crown comes the explosion in which David stands before you and calls you Father. So there are two exits from the one skull in a fixed order: you come out of the base of it yourself, and the Son of God comes out of the top of it afterwards.
