Golgotha, 'the place of the skull', where the new state is crucified (fixed), is the head, the seat of the imagination: the crucifixion takes place in one's own imagination.
You’re told it’s called Golgotha, called Calgary, and you’re told it’s one in which a man has never yet lain. You’re unique. You’re in one prepared for you.
It is something trying to break through Golgotha . . and Golgotha is “the skull,” that is the meaning of the word.
So he became alive by nailing Himself here on Golgotha – which means “the skull.” Here is where He is crucified.

God took upon himself the form of man and became obedient unto death, even death on the cross of man, and is crucified on Golgotha, the skull of man.
