Abraham's two sons read psychologically: Ishmael, son of Hagar the bondwoman, is every child born of woman into the bondage of its environment, whose hand is against every man; Isaac, born to aged Sarah outside the offices of man by faith and promise, is the self-begotten concept asleep in every child. One is Abraham and Sarah and bears Isaac by assuming the concept of Christ; only Isaac inherits.
