A way of praying: in the relaxed state simply feel thankful, happy, as though what one wants were done, since thanksgiving and rejoicing imply that what one desired has happened. The only acceptable gift before the Lord, one's own consciousness, is a joyful heart: no sacrifice or struggle is asked ('To what purpose is the multitude of your sacrifices unto me?', Isaiah 1:11), but coming with singing, praise and thanks, which imply acceptance of the state sought.
