Biblical typology
Teaching pattern
Neville finds no time interval in the Bible longer than three days ('in three days I will raise it up'; 'within three days ye shall pass over this Jordan'): an assumption faithfully sustained on a single-sensation 'diet' needs at most three days; changing the diet during the day extends the interval, which one determines oneself. Physics' 'action' (energy multiplied by time: a stimulus must endure to get a response) is offered as a parallel.

Bible wordings
John 2:19 | Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it Up
Joshua 1:11 | Prepare you victuals; for within three days ye shall pass over this Jordan, to go in to possess the land, which the Lord your God giveth you to possess it
Own wordings
I have scoured the Bible for a time interval that is longer than three days and I have not found it
I do not need more than a three day diet if I remain faithful to it
You, yourself determine the interval
The most fundamental thing in the world is action
energy multiplied by time
the very longest stretch given for its realization is three days
“Three” doesn’t mean three days; “three” means fullness, “three” means complete
