Isaiah 9 quoted as the prophecy of the birth and as the test of whether a man has had it: unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given, and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, the Mighty God, the Everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace; of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, and a little child shall lead them. And this shall be the sign: you shall see a babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger. Neville says the prophecy of Isaiah is true and that every man in the world is going to fulfil it, for that which is born is not earned but given. NOTE ON THE COUNT: there are FOUR titles, not five. Neville spends a paragraph of lecture 1087 correcting the comma the English versions insert after Wonderful - it is Wonderful Counselor, one title, not Wonderful and then Counselor - and this description formerly carried the error he was correcting.
