A young lawyer of thirty, without funds, came to the lectures and decided to use his imagination for an immense objective: to control the multimillion-dollar Berkeley Savings and Loan Company, with which he then had no connection. Within six months he was in control, and he turned the wheels of industry so fast that he doubled its assets. He has since sold out control, gone into building, put up four hotels in Hawaii, and is now building the Comstock on San Francisco's Nob Hill, the largest co-op on the west coast, as president of the company. He wrote: 'I have a deep and abiding conviction in the power of my Imagination from listening to your lectures. If Imagination creates Reality and I walk in the direction of my image, then I will predict my future.' Neville tells it as the case of a man who has not forgotten how it was done.
