Luke 1:45, and the point is that what was spoken to Mary was told her in a dream. So everyone is Mary - the owner of the neglected property was Mary - and the blessing falls on whoever can believe the thing spoken to him in his own dream. The question the hearer is left with is exactly hers: can I believe that I am now what I want to be, and be faithful to the voice of God? It has nothing to do with background, because God does not care who you are; he speaks through the medium of one's own dream.
