In a week of heavenly experiences with his father, Neville dreamed he was with him: he knew his father was gone and his father knew it, and knew the boys could not see him. His brother Collin - who employs two or three thousand people, any of whom could have done it - went out in the rain himself and brought in flying fish, which in the islands is the cheapest fish there is; ask for fish and you get flying fish. In the dream the father said, 'It is wonderful. He has no false pride and he can use his own hands to do what some think only servants should do.' Collin was one of the eight sons who bore his father to the grave. The dream did not frighten him: his father was where Collin could not see him, looking on and proud.
