So the work is done on what is seen and not on what is felt - construct the scene that implies the wish fulfilled, enter it rather than watch it, and let the state of mind arrive afterwards. The tellings that carry it are the stepping-into-the-image instruction and the cataleptic return from the pillow: having gone somewhere in imagination and made it natural, one comes back to the body and feels the return, which is the proof that consciousness had in fact followed the vision and gone where it was sent. WORDING NOTE (PM 6032): this motif carries 'there are worlds within worlds' as a wording, and that phrase belongs to the worlds-within-worlds motif, which the attach lane reports at 19 lectures. Do NOT match this motif on that phrase - the attach lane has correctly kept those 19 lectures off it. The wording is left in place rather than removed so that the overlap is visible, but it should be read as a cross-reference and not as a catch.
