A translation correction turned into a technique. The phrase rendered 'call upon his name' is not properly translated: it is 'call WITH his name'. And his name is I AM. So to call with his name for health is to say 'I am healthy'; for money, 'I am wealthy' - as Joel has it, let the weak man say, I am strong. Neville sets this against what the churches teach, which is to petition in the name of Jesus Christ for something; that, he says, will not work. The prayer is not addressed to a name, it is made out of one.
