A fixed phrase Neville uses for the equipment a hearer arrives with and cannot set down at the door. The yoke is easy and the burden light - yoke is union, and union is light - but only for a man free of his prefabricated misconceptions; if he comes carrying them and then sees the thing, he will not find the yoke easy at all. The misconception named in this telling is the physical Jesus: those who still insist on flesh and blood are unwilling to believe that what they were shown is the state of God becoming man that man may become God. His response to the unwillingness is not argument - if you don't want to believe it, then don't believe it - but the instruction that follows is to tell it anyway, because you cannot share a vision with someone unwilling to share it with you, and you go on telling it to the end of your earthly days.
