So I say to everyone here, catch the mood of the wish fulfilled. If you catch the mood of the wish fulfilled, you don’t have to raise a finger to make it so…it becomes so. It grows into this external world. As my friend said to me in his letter to me, which thrilled me beyond measure, “Having done it for my friend, not knowing whether this is the night that I depart from this world, I was completely indifferent as to the results. I had no feeling of waiting to see the evidence of what I had done, I felt it, and at the moment I am continuing to feel it for her. And so I know at the moment of feeling it done it was done, at that moment.”281 ¶23
