So let me share with you a wonderful experience that came to me through the mail. In fact, I have many to share with you tonight. This lady writes—and God speaks to man, by the way, through the medium of dream and through the medium of vision—“I heard the lecture on the 22nd day of November, and that was on motion, ‘Are You an Occupant or Inmate?’ Then you told the story of your friend who had learned how to move. So that night I assumed as I went to sleep that I am fully awake. That was exactly what I want to experience…I am completely awake. So I moved into that state and as I fell asleep I heard these words: ‘You are the apple of my eye.’ and it kept on over and over. I replied, yes I know that is scripture. I heard Neville talk about that, oh, a long, long time ago. And the voice continued, ‘You are the apple of my eye.’ So I awoke and wrote it down; that is my custom to do that. I said to myself as I wrote it down, ‘Maybe that is not quite the thing.’ So I went back to sleep, trying to gather it together.”339 ¶3
