A letter given me this past week from this young lad who is here tonight, he said, “I found myself in the high school, and my teacher—-my teacher was the Latin teacher, her name was Miss Divine—-and as I entered, there was an examination taking place. And so I sat, and on the board were two columns; there were twenty-one problems. On the right side there were from zero to ten, say, eleven problems; on the left side from eleven to twenty. Down in the middle of the column on the right side there were two words that I had to define. They were separated by a word which I couldn’t quite discern, but the two words were crucifixion and resurrection. The left hand column, there were from eleven to twenty, and I couldn’t discern the words save two, and the words were map and route.492 ¶12
