He’s done it in business. When looking out to sea and looking over our land, he said, “This is a perfect spot for a hotel.” Then in his mind’s eye he saw the hotel, saw everything about it and then turned to the little ladies who owned it and said, “If you ever want to sell, think of me.” Well, two died years later and then the third one thought it was too much to keep up—thirty-five acres, the gardeners and the servants and all these things—so she would move into a hotel and spend the last days living in a hotel where everything was done for her, and she wouldn’t have the problem of taking care of people. Well, he bought it. Years and years before when he made this statement, he had no money, but when the sale took place he could raise the money and buy the thirty-five acres. A hotel does stand on it plus many other things, because thirty-five acres would be too many acres for a hotel. But a lovely hotel, a very successful hotel stands on the premises plus dozens of homes, beautiful homes. He saw the entire thing in his mind’s eye, believed it and voiced it.769 ¶17
