And so, one day, you’re going to see him, just as you read in my little book — others sought the same experience — only mine preceded his by many years — his happened in 1944 and mine happened in 1934. But here you come upon a meditative being, and you look closer, and you discover you’re looking at yourself. And he said that he saw this wonderful being — himself, only raised to the nth degree of beauty — his primal form, sitting in deep meditation — and he knew that the way — he, the one looking at it — would know no more will be, because there can’t be two of you, you are he. So when he awakes, this vanishes, because you are he — that deathless human being that never ceases to be. So you cannot die, for the simple reason you are all imagination. Man is all imagination, and God is man, and exists in us, and we in him. The eternal body of man is the imagination, and that is God himself.775 ¶35
