But now we come to the immortal eyes. A week ago tonight, two ladies who are here tonight were in their car driving home and then they parked the car when they got to their place…at least that’s what’s inferred in the letter…they undoubtedly were discussing what they had heard a week ago tonight. I couldn’t tell you what I had said a week ago tonight. But suddenly, one to whom I gave my eyes two years ago, and by eyes I mean my immortal eyes, she had this vision, it was a true vision, that I took my eyes out, came forward, and put them right into hers. It was then, or soon thereafter, or just before, that in a vision she was told that she is an incurrent eyewitness. Well, an incurrent eyewitness…the word incurrent is “to give passage to a current that flows inward,” like the pores on a sponge where it draws it inward.838 ¶10
