Now he said, “I had a dream. I received a letter and as I opened the letter there was a card, a report card. It’s about my son and they mention four subjects in which he must show a decided improvement in order not to fail this semester. One subject is Algebra and the other is history and two others.” Now he said, “My son has always been tops in math and when I saw that this was the one that was the lowest mark, with emphasis on this, I was annoyed. But instantly I started revising, revising my son’s report card, revising him and putting him where he ought to be. And then I got annoyed, I said, “No, I am tired of the responsibility of this power that I possess when there are so many needs of revision, and all day long there are numberless people to be revised in my world and I’m tired of the responsibility.” So he said, “My son’s a big boy now; let him do it for himself because he knows this law and he practices this law based upon the premise that imagining creates reality.”871 ¶8
