So I tell you, what I’ve told you this night is true. I’ve experienced it. I’ve experienced every bit of scripture. The whole thing has unfolded right within me, just like a tree. And you can’t stop it, the time has come, the time is fulfilled and the kingdom of heaven is at hand, and not a thing, seemingly, that you’re doing consciously about it. It was simply planted in you. As we’re told in Habakkuk, “The vision has its own appointed hour; it ripens, it shall flower. If it be long, wait; for it is sure and it will not be late” (2:3).
