So Jim, today, he had only one eye in his last few years of his life. He has a good eye now, perfect eyes, back once more doing his work, but totally unaware of the mystery of Christ, because he didn’t have ears to hear. But we are told that in scripture — it begins in the sixth chapter of Isaiah — “and their eyes, but they see not, and their ears, but they hear not, lest they turn and be saved.” So go and tell them.1184 ¶49
