In a vision Neville was taken in spirit into an early 5th Avenue mansion in New York at the turn of the century, where, invisible to the three generations present, he heard the eldest man tell how their grandfather made his fortune by standing on an empty lot saying 'I remember when this was an empty lot' and then painting a word picture of what he wanted built there.
