In Milwaukee in May 1949 Neville told a leading Allis Chalmers physicist that a man can go into a state not yet realised, return, and move across a bridge of incidents to its fulfilment, and that the past can be revised; the scientist said entropy forbids it, but months later sent Neville the Science Letter of October 15, 1949, in which Richard Feynman described the positron starting from where it hasn't been.
