A few years ago he had a vision in which, alone at closing time among an enormous display of flowers, he found a tiny runt of a pig and made it a bed of branches and flowers; the scene changed to a huge supermarket where his brother Victor and his daughter Vicki were, the pig now grown but underfed, and when Vicki pulled a cracker box from the bottom of a pyramid she uncovered a lit candle which he told her must never be put out.
