Coming out of his theater on 48th Street and walking towards Fifth Avenue, Neville saw the young Sinatra standing on the runway of a stalled cab in the middle of Fifth Avenue, signing autographs for three dozen teenage girls while traffic backed up - a piece of prearranged publicity.
