Neville says he is surrounded by doctors in Barbados and has doctor relatives by marriage across the country, and that his brother - a year his senior, trained six years at McGill in Montreal and two in London in tropical diseases - practised as a psychiatrist at the mental institution in Barbados for fifteen years and would never believe tonight's story.
