Dentist Jim sells his Hollywood Hills house through assumption
Description
Neville's dentist Jim, who had bought a Hollywood hills house seventeen years earlier for twenty thousand dollars, could not sell it at seventy-five thousand for a year; Neville told him to sleep in imagination in the La Brea apartment he liked and view the house from there, and within a month a stranger paid seventy-five thousand in cash with no agent — after which Jim decided it would have happened anyway.
