We are not better than any being in this world because of our awakening. All will be one, and that one is God.

You did not earn your physical birth; you were born by the action of powers beyond your own. You’ll be born spiritually by the action of powers beyond your own.

If you could qualify to receive his grace, then it isn’t grace. For grace means “unmerited gift,” something given without merit on your part. It is love in action that isn’t earned by the one to whom it is given.

Man’s salvation is by grace and grace alone. No one can earn it. No one in this world is good enough to earn salvation.

He initiates the process by which you and I are purified. You could sit from now to the end of time and you couldn’t purify yourself.
