A friend who is present tonight told Neville, months ago, how he rose early in a semi-sleep, looked out over the city from high in the hills, and saw the buildings fuse and turn into pulsing life, then joy, then love beyond description.

He recounts seeing David in vision, knowing him immediately as his own son and himself as the father, with no one to introduce them.
Neville says that in his own case, by assuming a virtue he did not possess, he completely changed the scene and changed his stamp of nature, since he was not naturally stamped for telling this story.

A very successful San Francisco surgeon who attended all of his meetings last year told him that ten percent of autopsies worldwide show no physical cause of death, and recounted a prominent man who sat up after five doctors pronounced him dead saying 'It's thinner than you think!', and a patient who sat up and announced 'I am dead!' and was.
