Neville's empty-lot story: his grandfather saw the lot prosperous in his mind's eye, and Neville saw himself as the grandfather (DeCarlo, from recordings).

Can I add something real quick? Your conversation with the woman— a lot of times when we impart truth to the ego mind, truth doesn’t seem kind. In fact, it may even sound harsh. But when you get into spirit, it’s like what Neville said to you: I’m not hearing that you’re on your own side. That was the thing that shook your world, and it was also the catalyst for your change. Now, when you heard it the first time, you were like, “This guy is not nice.” Whatever your inner conversation was, it was what you needed to hear.
