Neville tells the story of a friend, born poor in a Jewish family in Odessa, Russia, who as a boy running money to the bank imagined the cashier making a mistake in his favour, had it happen the next day, wrestled with his conscience and then ate and bought clothes with it; he later left Russia through France, learned that the law is spiritual, never sued a customer but wrote unmailed thank-you letters for cheques, and died of a heart attack at 77 leaving millions.

Neville reads a letter from a woman present that evening who, meditating alone in her living room after her husband retired with a toothache, felt the Presence of God, looked up and saw Neville standing in her dining room clothed in golden light, knowing him at once to be both Neville and God and altogether beautiful; Neville says this qualifies her for apostleship, as Paul made having seen the Risen Lord the prerequisite.
