Description
A man who wrote to him — present in the audience — described planting a garden at his beach home, and when three of the eighteen trees died he mentally leaned against them and felt them alive instead of buying replacements; the landscape artist then stopped by, blamed his men's nitrogen, and replaced the trees free the following Tuesday.

Description
