Two years ago Neville gave his immortal eyes to a lady who attends his lectures - in her vision he took his eyes from their sockets and placed them in hers; he chose her by wisdom from above though he knows her only at a distance, and lost nothing in the giving. A later lecture (Fundamental Revelation: Jesus Christ in Us, nid 1495, delivered 1969-10-31) has Neville add that the recipient 'saw it only recently' and so bore witness to the gift herself (passage 541178); no specific date is recoverable for her vision beyond 'recently' as of that October 1969 telling.

A devout Catholic friend asked Neville what to do to have the mystical experience, and when Neville answered "Drink the wine and eat the bread" the friend did not understand, taking it to mean the Communion he received every Sunday.

At this point in the lecture Neville retold his story of an incorrigible child in a New York school who was redeemed when her teacher used imagination to see her in a newer and lovelier state - the child was not blemished, only in a state.

A lady told Neville a dream in which he stood on a raised platform surrounded by rows of deformed people, healing them one by one as he instructed them, while a nearby marble madonna became animated and danced for joy at his words.

A lady wrote to Neville that after failing by every physical means to get a ticket to see Bergman, she assumed she was already in the audience, and days later a friend from New York City came west, took her to dinner and then to the show.

A friend who visited him that evening told how, in early 1967 at the Glendale library, Neville's book Your Faith is Your Fortune fell off the shelf three weeks running until he read it, after which he saw an advertisement and has not missed a Monday night meeting since.

Neville describes the friend's trained ear — she had been head of a long-distance department in the telephone business and could recognise any voice before the caller announced himself, and she now has people state their desire as a positive fact so she can hear it back.

Neville tells of another friend, a woman in the east, who began with not a penny, believed what he told her about imagining creating reality, and went on to make millions, owning buildings on 57th Street between Fifth and Sixth and businesses all over the world.

Neville recounts the Professor who, long before he had a nickel, persuaded himself by repeating a positive statement of income, doing it wholly within himself and so becoming the two who agree.
