Neville tells the audience that Benny, present in the room, is literally the father of David, God's only begotten son, and expects Benny to have the third experience within a week or two.

A man told Neville that the trousers of his best suit vanished at the cleaners; refusing to sign for a replacement, he drove the freeway imagining his hands feeling the pants, and next day the cleaner rang his wife to say they had been found under another suit's pants.

Neville tells of a New York interior decorator, bitter in marriage, who with her two decorator sisters hated men and insisted her god must be a woman; he told her to go ahead and pray to a woman, since he prays to no one but appropriates.

Neville's friend Marta, returning from the Laguna Art Festival with three others, stopped at a Mexican restaurant, took a cigarette, said she had a strange feeling and died at the table; she then found herself in a vast glass-fronted hall where Neville stepped from a self-propelled carriage in an Inverness cape, proclaimed the power of God, and she said to herself “He is Neville and he is God.”

Marge, the lady who was with Marta, had a vision of Neville standing on a beach with his back to an endless body of water, addressing an enormous crowd of every faith who each heard him in their own tongue, and she knew he was both Neville and Jesus.

Neville relays a woman's vision: in an enormous silent theatre she typed out an act on a typewriter to give sound to the dancers, the director berated her, and in anger she froze him solid by arresting the activity in herself; waking on her bed she went back into the scene to unfreeze him, and grew angry again because he had no idea he had been frozen.

Neville reports hearing of a minister in Kansas who runs a church on the first floor, a home for old ladies on the second and third floors, and a mortician's business in the basement — and says he could hardly believe it when he heard it.

A woman who had last seen Neville painfully thin at 138 pounds, and believed him to be in Barbados, thought of him and hoped he looked better - whereupon he appeared in her living room brown from the sun, in a grey business suit he had bought in New York on the way back, said "There is no time" and vanished.

A man wrote to Neville asking whether he should continue imagining a project that involves other people who may not wish to be part of it, and Neville answers him.

A friend told Neville of a dream in which he received his son's report card showing he must improve in four subjects including algebra; he revised it, then angrily refused the responsibility of revision and awoke.

A woman wrote to Neville describing how she fell asleep asking for a deeper understanding, saw him as the Risen Christ, and was handed the number 26; he explains that he was giving her the mouth — a voice of authority to speak out what she intuitively knows.

Neville says he has been seen as the Risen Lord by people in New York, San Francisco and elsewhere who love the message they heard from him.

Neville reads a letter he recently received from a lady who imagined a $62 car-repair credit slip as a check and received an unexpected $68 referral commission, and who imagined her chair newly upholstered and was handed a hundred dollar bill by a neighbour whose son had stayed with her.

Neville tells of his New York friend Ann, a prostitute who attended his meetings; she imagined wearing a $17.50 hat she saw in a shop window and ten days later a friend gave her that very hat, and Neville explained to her on the corner of Broadway and 72nd Street why God gave it through a friend rather than as money.

Neville reads a letter from a lady who dreamed her purse was left in a paper bag with $30 and her Unity minister's card missing, and interprets it as her having paid the thirty pieces of silver and transcended man-made ordination.
